Position: Environmental Service Worker
About: The Environmental Services Worker I role involves working in various locations on client premises to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include following a 7 Step Cleaning Process efficiently and positively interacting with individuals in the healthcare setting. The position may require handling cleaning chemicals, waste disposal, and adherence to safety protocols and training programs as per Cleveland Medical Center standards.
Requirements: High School Equivalent or GED preferred; Experience in a hospital setting preferred; Proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, follow protocols, use electronic devices, and handle physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, using ladders, and wearing protective equipment; Ability to understand and follow written instructions
