Position: Environmental Associate
About: Under the general direction of the Nurse Manager, and in cooperation with all the members of the patient care teams, this position supports patient care activities on the assigned patient care division at YNHHS by integrating into the patient care model to ensure excellent patient service. Responsibilities include customer relations, environmental support, patient care assistance, and supply functions in alignment with the organization’s values and patient-centered care model.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred; six months demonstrated customer service related work experience required; ability to read, write, and perform basic math; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaborate with the patient care team
