About: White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in various cities, focusing on creating a hospitable and growth-centric environment for individuals in the food and beverage industry.
Requirements: An Entry Level Cook is a Culinarian in a training position; basic knowledge of cooking and preparation equipment; basic cooking skills including Sauteing, Broiling, Frying, Roasting, Butchery, Garde Manger, Pantry, and Breakfast Cookery; culinary education or apprenticeship preferred; ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods.
