Position: Engineer, Lead
About: Operate and maintain building systems with high quality and economical operation in a company requiring independent work and ability to respond to emergencies. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance program, budget development, supply ordering, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. This position does not involve managing staff.
Requirements: High school diploma; Minimum 7 years previous building operations engineering experience; Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions; Proficient computer and e-mail skills; Necessary/required licenses; Ability to complete required safety classes related to job duties
