Position: Engagement Coordinator – Harrah’s Las Vegas

The Performance and Culture team is focused on Creating the Extraordinary by enhancing the team member experience. Through partnerships with team members to senior leadership, the team works to help the operation be more productive and efficient through performance conversations and impactful engagement-focused events. The Performance and Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Performance and Culture Advisor and Senior Advisor in their respective property’s operation.
Requirements: Organization: ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at once; Communication efficiency: verbal and written – working with internal and external stakeholders; Team-focused mindset: adapting to change and work as one team; Emotional intelligence: Work under stressful, high-pace conditions while having a positive attitude; Problem solving find ways to complete the job as efficiently as possible; At least 1-year professional experience OR a bachelor’s degree in a related field, Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 programs, Ability to project-manage multiple tasks with various deadlines, Ability to efficiently communicate verbally and written, Must present a well-groomed appearance, Must be 21 years or older
