Position: Engagement and Events Specialist
About: New Life Center is seeking an enthusiastic Engagement and Events Specialist to join our Advancement department. This role reports directly to the Advancement Director and involves expanding our social media presence and coordinating impactful events that support our mission. The ideal candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, and a team player, capable of planning and executing engaging events while creating compelling social media content to increase awareness and support for our cause.
Requirements: Required: Bachelors degree in event management, marketing, or related field; at least 2 years of related professional and event management experience; demonstrated knowledge of creating social media and marketing content; proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and content creation tools; knowledge of event coordination and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics; ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Preferred: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and other cloud-based software applications.
