Position: End User Support Specialist I

About: The End User Support Specialist at Leidos is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently, documenting and tracking support requests, and ensuring proper follow-up. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking problems, installing and maintaining hardware and software, providing end-user training, and collaborating with IT teams for issue resolution.

Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a help desk support role, experience in maintenance and operation of computers, hardware and software troubleshooting, and user support tasks; Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network protocols; Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills related to IT infrastructure; Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail in task performance and documentation; Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications are desirable; Adaptability: Strong adaptability to learn and apply new technologies; Additional Preferred Skills: Experience with Livelink, content management systems, and record management systems support
