Position: Employment Consultant
About: Continuum of Colorado Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Employment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating, coordinating, and providing integrated employment services. The Employment Consultant collaborates with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and other external entities when necessary. This is a full-time position at 36 hours per week with flexibility for evenings and weekends based on support needs, offering a hybrid remote work setup across office, job sites, and home environments.
Requirements: Two years of experience and/or related education or training working with individuals with developmental disabilities; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and flexible hours as needed; valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of auto insurance; personal vehicle in good operating condition for work use; meet driving requirements with no suspensions/revocations and no more than two moving violations in the past three years. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience substitution, experience in sales and marketing, working knowledge of the IDD system, rules, regulations, and DVR, and additional experience related to the job assignment.
