About: Kaiser Permanente, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an Employee Relations professional to handle labor relations responsibilities in Portland, Oregon. The position involves conducting labor relations activities, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with union contracts in a dynamic work environment at the Kaiser Permanente Building.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Social/Behavioral Science, Education, Public Administration, Liberal Arts, or related field and minimum five (5) years experience in HR consulting, including at least 3 years in employee and/or labor relations.
