Requirements: Bachelors Degree is required (a combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree); 3+ years of work experience in employee relations or related field; 3+ years in a mid- to large-size corporate organization; 1+ year of experience handling performance management issues and other matters requiring remedial/corrective action
