Position: Employee & Labor Relations Manager
About: The City of Gresham’s Human Resources team is seeking an Employee & Labor Relations (E&LR) Manager with a demonstrated passion for utilizing a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to the management of employee and labor relations for the City.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field; Three (3) to six (6) years of related experience including administering and bargaining union contracts and conducting complex workplace investigations in a unionized environment
