Position: Employee Experience and Events Coordinator

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, human resources, marketing, communications, or related field from an accredited university; Minimum of three years of relevant experience in meeting and event coordination (venue sourcing, contracting, budget management, logistics and on-site management) for large meetings or events with a minimum of 50 participants; Hospitality or office support experience in a service-oriented or customer-centric environment; Strong project management and organization skills; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) and an ability to quickly learn and understand other company applications; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect with others; Experience in operating with a high level of autonomy; Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills; Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills; Ability to travel up to 25% of time and work overtime as needed.
