Position: Empire Pass Assistant Maintenance Manager – Year Round
About: Deer Valley Resort, a prominent ski resort nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah and located in the historic mining town of Park City, is seeking a Building Maintenance Manager to join their team. The resort boasts a diverse workforce, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds and ages, offering a unique and inclusive work environment for all staff members.
Requirements: A minimum of five years in a building maintenance or similar leadership position; strong working knowledge of various building maintenance aspects including mechanical, heating, cooling, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, woodworking, and more; experience with modern building maintenance control systems a plus; excellent communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook suites; familiarity with digital asset management and work order programs, budgeting, payroll, and procurement systems; safety-oriented with exceptional dependability and flexibility in work schedule; ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks for up to 50% of the shift
