Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is currently seeking a Front-end Operation Manager to supervise customer service associates and designated hitters, manage the front end of the store, and support the Store Manager with overall store operations to achieve company goals. The role involves ensuring proper merchandising, enhancing store sales and profitability, and leading and managing store team members for optimal performance and customer service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; demonstrated leadership abilities and communication skills; completion of Store Manager training program or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within specified timeline; ability to work flexible schedule including weekends; willingness to accept promotion and potential relocation; transferable within the same hiring area; High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience.
