Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a reliable and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to oversee customer service associates and designated hitters at their pharmacy and retail store location. This role involves managing the front end of the store, ensuring proper merchandising, protecting store assets, and enhancing overall store sales and profitability. The Assistant Store Manager will lead and manage a team, handle customer experience, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive store performance and operational excellence.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; 2 years of supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership abilities; completion of Store Manager training program; fluency in English; willingness to work flexible hours and accept promotion into a Store Manager position
