Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The Assistant Store Manager will play a crucial role in supervising customer service associates, managing the front end of the store, and supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, with a focus on achieving company goals and enhancing customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to lead and develop a team in a dynamic retail environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks; fluent in English; willingness to work flexible schedules and accept promotional opportunities including possible relocation.
