Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and designated hitters, manage the front end of the store, and support the overall operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store. The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in leading and managing the store team members to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training; fluent in English; willingness to work flexible hours and potentially relocate for promotion opportunities.
