Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and designated hitters. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing the front end of the store, making recommendations on overall operations, and supporting the Store Manager to achieve company deliverables. They lead and manage store team members, ensure excellent customer experience, and oversee full store operation business performance management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience; leadership abilities with strong communication skills and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training; fluent in English; willingness to work flexible hours and accept relocation if offered a promotion.
