Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is currently seeking a Front End Store Supervisor to manage the operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store. This role involves overseeing customer service associates, ensuring proper merchandising, protecting store assets, and enhancing overall store sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will actively engage with customers, lead and develop store team members, and collaborate with external partners to drive store performance and community outreach opportunities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; 2 years of supervisory experience; strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and business acumen; willingness to work flexible hours and accept potential relocation; fluent in English
