Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a Front Store Manager to oversee the customer service associates and designated hitters in both the Pharmacy and Retail Store operations. The role involves leading and managing team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving store performance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, Walgreens Community Internship Program completion, or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience; strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training; fluent in English; willingness to work flexible hours and relocate if offered a Store Manager position; ability to transfer within the same hiring area; preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, management experience, and prior retail or food industry experience.
