Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is a well-known pharmacy and retail store chain that is currently seeking a Front End Store Manager to support the overall operations of the store and lead a team to achieve company objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in any major or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED with at least two years of supervisory experience; Demonstrated leadership skills, business ethics, and communication abilities; Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of start date; Fluent in English; Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends; Openness to relocation for a Store Manager position if offered; Ability to transfer within the same hiring area
