Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is currently seeking a dedicated and capable Assistant Store Manager to oversee customer service operations and ensure the smooth functioning of both the Pharmacy and Retail Store. This position plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency within the store environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of the Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of start date; fluent in English; willingness to work flexible hours and accept potential relocation or promotion within the company.
