Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a Front Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and designated hitters, managing the front end of the store, and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store. The role involves leading and managing store team members to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, all majors welcome; demonstrated leadership abilities with professional business ethics and strong communication skills; completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training; fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work flexible schedule; ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring area
