Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a Front-End Manager to oversee customer service associates and designated hitters, manage the front end of the store, and support the overall operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store. The role involves leading and managing store team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and optimizing store operations for sales and profitability. The position collaborates with external partners and maintains store safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; demonstrated leadership abilities and communication skills; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to undergo Walgreens Leadership Essentials training; fluent in English; willingness to work a flexible schedule; ability to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.
