Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee customer service associates and designated hitters in the Pharmacy and Retail Store. This role involves managing the front end of the store, supervising the store team, and ensuring optimal store operations to meet company objectives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience; leadership abilities with strong communication skills and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of start date; flexibility to work extended days, evenings, and weekends; willingness to accept promotion into Store Manager position if offered
