Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee customer service associates, manage the front end of the store, and support the overall operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store. This role involves leading and managing a team to ensure excellent customer service, drive store profitability, and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience; leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and business acumen; flexibility to work extended days, evenings, and weekends; willingness to relocate if offered a promotion to Store Manager position; ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
