Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and designated hitters, manage the front end of the store, and assist the Store Manager in achieving company deliverables. This role involves leading and training team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing store operations to enhance sales and profitability.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of start date; ability to work a flexible schedule and accept promotion into a Store Manager position; fluent in English
