Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is currently seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to oversee customer service associates and designated hitters in the management of the front end of the store, with a focus on Pharmacy and Retail operations. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving company deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing store performance and profitability.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; strong leadership abilities with professional ethics, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks; flexibility to work extended days, evenings, weekends, and accept potential relocation for promotion opportunities; ability to manage team performance, engage in talent acquisition, and drive business initiatives.
