Position: Embassy Suites Cleveland Rockside – Kitchen Steward
About: A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. They assist the kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas, cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas, in addition to proper food storage and rotation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to convey information and ideas clearly; quick and accurate decision-making in high-pressure situations; composure and objectivity under pressure
