Position: Elliot Health System – RN Lactation Consultant – Maternity – Full Time – Days – Must Be IBCLC Certified
About: Elliot Hospital’s Women’s and Children’s Services are dedicated to addressing the specific health and wellness needs of women and their children. The Maternity unit is a 24-26 bed unit averaging 14 mother/baby patients with 55 employees. They cater to high and low-risk postpartum mom and babies 35 weeks gestation and above, substance-exposed infants, management of hyperbilirubinemia and hypoglycemia in the newborn, as well as post-gynecological surgery.
Requirements: Must be IBCLC Certified; RN with at least three (3) years of clinical experience in an acute healthcare institution; Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred); Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required; Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment
