Position: Elks Temple Pub Bartender
About: McMenamins is seeking a Bartender to join their team. The bartender will handle various tasks from opening to closing the bar, including serving food, pouring drinks, operating a cash register, maintaining customer relations, and cashiering duties. This role requires physical and mental agility, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to customer service excellence. Bartenders must work well independently and as part of a team, ensuring a safe work environment and staying current on company events and products.
Requirements: Obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC/WA liquor license; Previous bartending experience preferred; Knowledge of wine and spirits preferred; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to accurately handle cash and work with numbers; A flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
