Position: ELIGIBILITY WORKER V (CHILD CARE SUBSIDY) – OAHU
About: The State of Hawaii’s Department of Human Services, Child Care Subsidy Unit, Statewide Branch, Benefit, Employment and Support Services Division is currently seeking Eligibility Worker V positions to join their team. The Child Care Subsidy Unit implements federal and state child care subsidy programs to support families in affording child care and ensuring access to high-quality care for underserved and at-risk families.
Requirements: Legal Authorization to Work; Applicants must possess experience demonstrating verbal skill, ability to read and apply written directions, and perform basic mathematical computations; Three (3) years of public contact work involving information provision and computer use; Four (4) years of progressively responsible work related to eligibility determination in public assistance programs; Demonstrated supervisory aptitude; Relevant substitutions allowed as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements
