About: The State of Hawaii’s Benefit, Employment and Support Services Division (BESSD) in Downtown is seeking Eligibility Workers to determine and maintain the eligibility of clients for financial assistance and health coverage programs. The position involves providing essential benefits like food, clothing, and shelter, as well as medical assistance through managed care plans.
Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the United States; High school diploma or equivalent; Three (3) years of public contact work experience; Three (3) years of specialized experience in public assistance programs; Supervisory aptitude; Ability to apply regulations, policies, and procedures of public assistance programs
