Position: Eleven Hundred Bar & Lounge Bartender (PT)
About: In a fast-paced and high-energy environment where excellent guest service and entertainment are crucial, Center Bar 2 is seeking a Bartender with a genuine passion for guest service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The Bartender will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service, upholding high ethical standards, and contributing to the success of the establishment by embodying its mission, vision, and values.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of bartending experience preferred; cash handling experience preferred; experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems; ability to obtain and maintain a City of Milwaukee bartender’s license within 90 days; ability to achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; professional interaction with guests and team members; flexibility to work irregular hours, extended shifts, and weekends; physical ability to move freely throughout the work area, operate a POS system, and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally; compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements; specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception
