Position: Element by Westin Springfield-Bartender(part time)
About: The Bartender position at this establishment requires a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills. This role serves as the face of the company, ensuring guests’ enjoyment by being organized, quick-thinking, and composed. Guest sensitivity, timing, personal appearance, job dedication, integrity, and honesty are essential qualities for this role. This position is part-time, needed every Monday from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred; a minimum of one year of bartending experience is preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; must possess or be able to obtain a State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
