Position: Elastika Server
About: Elastika is a contemporary restaurant located in the heart of Miami Design District, anchoring the landmark Moore building. The restaurant offers a global approach to modern American cuisine under the leadership of Executive Chef Joe Anthony. Elastika provides an approachable environment where eclectic dishes and soulful cooking come together, inspired by Miami’s international community and The Moore’s legacy of art, design, and culture.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age of 18; previous experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting preferred; strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods; excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; physical abilities to carry, balance, and present trays gracefully, stand and move for extended periods, navigate dining areas with agility, lift objects up to 40 pounds, and perform occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing as required
