Position: El Preparador (Prep Cook)
About: El Preparadors are essential team members at Tacombi, responsible for preparing ingredients and maintaining high-quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction. They work collaboratively with the chefs to exceed expectations in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ideal candidates should have a flexible schedule, 1-2 years of cooking experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift heavy items while following health and safety guidelines. Pay rate is $18/hour.
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Prep or Line Cook; Flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts; Positive attitude and team-player mentality; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift at least 50 lbs; Clean and organized with understanding of DOH standards; Ability to learn, follow directions, and work well in a team setting.
