Requirements: 0-3 years of experience; a bachelor’s degree before the first day of work; ability to work in person in New York City ($2,500 stipend for qualified relocations); outstanding academic achievement and leadership; complex data analysis skills with fluency in MS Excel and Google Workspace; passion for processes and strong organizational skills; ability to independently manage projects with minimal oversight; excellent critical thinking and communication skills; strong work ethic and problem-solving ability; open to feedback and building relationships within the school community; eager to learn and grow in a mission-driven environment
