Position: Edgefield Power Station Kitchen Assistant Assistant Manager (KAAM)
About: McMenamins is seeking a Kitchen Assistant-Assistant Manager (KAAM) to oversee all kitchen operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef(s), and Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities include training and supervising kitchen staff, enforcing portioning guidelines, coordinating with management, ensuring timely food service, and maintaining product quality and presentation.
Requirements: Obtain and maintain current food handlers card; Previous management related experience preferred but not required; Ability to accurately handle cash and work with numbers; Excellent customer service & communication skills; Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays required; Ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume, deadline-oriented work environment
