Position: Economic Development Manager, Public Sector Municipal Advisory

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree within business, finance, accounting, or public administration; five or more years of economic development experience with a local government, economic development agency, or in economic development consulting; strong understanding of economic development principles, practices, and policies; experience in reviewing or creating developer pro formas; proficiency in data analysis and economic modeling tools; knowledge of public sector operations; demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
