Position: Ecommerce Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred; 4+ years of warehouse experience required; 2+ years of ecommerce fulfillment management preferred; experience with small parcel shipment and carrier cost analysis preferred; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work collaboratively and independently in diverse teams; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; experience with ERP or Inventory Management systems; comfortable with physical demands such as occasional heavy lifting and long periods of standing; effective communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
