Position: Early Morning Baker
About: Crumbl Cookies is looking for an early morning baker/dough maker available during the hours of 5 am – 2 pm, Monday to Saturday. The bakery makes all cookies from scratch, seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual with competence in following recipes. Energy, focus, and speed are essential for success in this dynamic, target-driven environment that emphasizes teamwork and efficiency. Training provided on the job with no prior bakery experience required.
Requirements: Must be 16 years or older; strong communication, time, and resource management skills; attention to detail in quality inspections; basic math and computer proficiency; willingness to work independently or in a team; flexibility with work hours and physically able to perform baking tasks including lifting heavy items; legally eligible to work in the United States; excellent communication, time management, and ability to lift 50 lbs; able to stand for long periods.
