Position: Eaglecrest Food Service Supervisor
About: Eaglecrest Ski Area, known as Alaska’s Best Kept Secret, is currently seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join their team. This role involves overseeing the kitchen and dining areas, managing inventory and ordering, and ensuring high-quality guest service and profitability in a dynamic ski resort environment.
Requirements: History of working in commercial kitchen settings; experience in designing menus; willingness to work in a food service environment; ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00am to 4:00pm; availability for weekends and holidays; strong leadership and organizational skills
