Position: E-Commerce Sales Account Manager
About: Visual Comfort & Co. is a leading company in the lighting industry, dedicated to maintaining premium product placement and brand compliance in the e-commerce channel. The E-Commerce Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining product integrity and optimizing the online shopping experience for customers.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce; Bachelor’s Degree required, with a degree in business, communication, sales, merchandising or marketing preferred; Experience and knowledge of product positioning, e-commerce marketing and brand strategy preferred; Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail; Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively; Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment; Basic knowledge of data analysis and metrics using Microsoft Excel; Ability to travel overnight 25% – 35%
