About: The role is responsible for the efficiency of the airport’s operation, ensuring a service with quality and maintaining the established punctuality rates, as well as complying with the procedures and security regulations of the company.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field; 3 years of related work experience; must be familiar with Ground Operations processes in airlines; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (English and Spanish); ability to prioritize; proven team leadership skills; service-oriented.
