Requirements: A smile and customer service skills; An attention to detail with a ‘make it right’ mindset; Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, banquets, and event service operations; An ability to work reliably and consistently, occasionally lift up to 30 pounds; Experience in sales, catering, or banquets preferred but not required
