Position: Dry Van Owner Operator in Springfield, MO
About: Royal Trucking Company, a contract carrier with over 50 years of experience in dry van and flatbed services, is currently seeking an OTR Owner Operator in Springfield, Missouri. With terminals in West Point and New Albany, Mississippi, as well as Villa Rica, Georgia, Royal Trucking Company serves all 48 states and Canada. The fleet includes both Company Drivers and Owner-Operators, offering positions in flatbed up to .57 and Dry Van division up to .49, along with bonuses. A lease purchase program with no money down and no balloon payment at the end of the lease is available. Drivers are compensated for all miles, empty and loaded, and are provided with benefits such as a 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance, and membership in a credit union. All equipment is 2015 or newer, equipped with inverters, APU with automatic transmissions, and EpicVue in-cab Direct TV. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum legal age to drive trucks; experience as an Owner Operator preferred; strong knowledge of truck operations and safety regulations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
