Position: Driver/Event Equipment Technician
About: Vermont Tent Company is currently accepting applications for Event Equipment Technicians to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events by handling the sorting, cleaning, preparation, and delivery of a wide range of rental equipment. This position involves driving straight box trucks and managing event rentals such as ovens, refrigerators, grills, linen, silverware, glassware, and china with meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements: Flexible work schedule with availability for weekend shifts as needed; willingness to travel out of state and participate in occasional overnight trips for event setups; ability to thrive in a team environment, contributing positively to a collaborative workplace culture; physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy items, adhering to proper lifting techniques; valid driver’s license required; previous experience driving box trucks is a plus, though not mandatory
