Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in sewer and drain services or a related plumbing role; proven sales background in sewer and drain services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets; leadership experience with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team; strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques; familiarity with AZ plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and safety best practices; excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
