About: Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel, a renowned destination property in the heart of the city, is seeking a dedicated Door Person to join their team. The role involves being the first and last point of contact for guests, providing exceptional hospitality, and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience as a Door Person or Bell Desk position preferred; minimum of one year guest service experience with a focus on direct customer contact; ability to lift heavy baggage up to 100 pounds; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift; well-groomed appearance; fluency in English
